Please bring...- ‘Your Anaesthetic’ booklet, to discuss with your Anaesthetist
- All medications you are currently taking, including herbal and natural remedies - please also ensure you bring these medications in the bottles/boxes they were dispensed in
- Glasses and other physical and personal aids (walking sticks, hearing aids, etc)
Daystay patient:- Comfortable loose clothing (sleepwear is not required)
Staying overnight:If you are staying overnight or longer, in a small overnight bag you should bring: - Comfortable sleepwear, dressing gown, slippers or footwear
- Personal toiletries (each room has an ensuite)
- Comfortable daywear (optional) to facilitate your early mobilisation
- Reading material or other leisure activities. Each room has a TV
Please do not bring any valuables, jewellery or other personal items as Belverdale takes no responsibility for their safe keeping. You may also bring:- Cell phones - You may be asked to switch off cell phones while you are in hospital as they can affect some of the equipment we use during your care.
- Computers - Wi-Fi is available
